By downloading, installing, compiling, accessing, or using the Orbit web browser application (available on Android, macOS, and other supported platforms) or using this website (orbitbrowser.com), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Orbit. Because Orbit is open source, you also maintain the rights granted to you under the applicable open-source software license.

Orbit is developed in the open. The source code is publicly accessible on GitHub under standard open-source licensing.
